Lessons learned, challenges and opportunities
These days, implementing enterprise collaboration is far from an easy task, being successful at it is even harder. During this session we will explain the approach taken and share the lessons learned while implementing such a project. The challenges faced with the audience and management will be illustrated and we will point out what was done to overcome these challenges.

One question: the small (tech savvy) team that you recommend, did this team work on the project full-time or just in the spare moments outside their “real” jobs?

This small tech savvy team that I am refereing too are employees like me and they worked on this project part time, during spare moments, outside their real jobs.
